Refund and Cancellation Policy

Books are not on sale yet. This policy will apply once they are.

Refunds

Our books are digital files, so we cannot take them back once they are delivered. For that reason, paid orders are not refunded after delivery.

If your file does not arrive, or does not open, write to us within 7 days. We will send it again. If we still cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full to your original payment method within 7 working days.

If you are charged twice by mistake, we will refund the extra payment.

Cancelling your monthly plan

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Delivery

Files are sent by email, usually within minutes. Nothing is shipped.
